Marc has been working in the Timmons Group survey group for over two decades. He began as a field technician, worked his way up to a party chief, and eventually to a Survey Manager. Marc manages the survey group at Timmons Group’s office in Raleigh. In addition, he supervises boundary, topography, construction, Static and RTK GPS-control surveys, and sonar fathometer/RTK-GPS hydrographic surveys. Marc’s project experience includes topographic and route surveys in support of engineering projects, boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, preparation of easement plats and construction layout of sites, buildings, utilities, roads, and bridges. Marc was a key player in introducing the use of 3D laser scanners to survey staff and using their collected data in a variety of ways to improve efficiency and assist clients.
